Director & Founder

Tenisha Dale is the director and founder of The HomeFul House, where she draws on her personal experience in the military to shape the vision of the business. After transitioning back into civilian life, she witnessed the struggles many individuals, including fellow veterans, face when seeking stable housing and support. This experience led her to create a housing model that emphasizes discipline, structure, and community. 

With a passion for service and helping others rebuild their lives, her leadership has guided The HomeFul House to become a purpose-driven housing solution that offers more than just a room – it provides stability, growth, and the support individuals need to thrive.
