Residents are required to make their monthly rent payments on time to ensure their continued residency in our community. Consistent and timely payments are essential to maintain a secure living environment and to uphold the integrity of our community. We encourage all residents to stay on top of their payment schedule to enjoy uninterrupted housing benefits.

Admission to our community is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. This process ensures that each applicant has an equal opportunity to become a resident. To be considered for admission, individuals must complete the necessary application and meet all required eligibility criteria. Due to high demand, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible to secure your place in line and avoid any delays in the process.

To qualify for residency, applicants must demonstrate a reliable source of income. This includes but is not limited to, employment wages, Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, retirement income, or other verifiable income sources. The income eligibility requirement ensures that all residents can comfortably meet their living expenses and maintain stability within the community.
